Sadie: Week 15

* 0 - 3 month and 3 month clothes and size 1 diapers.
* Moves around in circle in crib to find pacifier.
* Fell asleep in bumbo while I was cooking dinner.
* Balloon watching: favorite activity.
* Loves bath time, especially if the water is warm. Once she gets cold, it's over!
* Likes the iPhone and tv.
* my easy, down to earth, calm baby ... except when she's tired or hungry.

Sadie: 3 Months Old

 

Sadie: Week 14

- Wearing size 1 diapers and 0-3 month and 3 month clothes.
- Loves laying on the fort deck and looking around.
- Turned 3 month clothes.
- Faces out on the baby bjorn and looks around; if only I could find Emma's hiding place, where she stashed Sadie's sunglasses.
- Smiling and some cooing.
- Took a trip with Daddy to TRU to pick up something for Emma.
- Grasping onto items.
- "Itsy Bitsy Spider" is a favorite.
- Finger sucker: either 3 middle fingers or thumb is preference.
- 6pm is cranky time.

Halloween

Emma had a blast trick or treating on this Halloween Night. I will note that it is so difficult to get the girls to take a good picture together. Emma and her 'favorite friend' Evie loved ringing the doorbell and saying 'trick or treat' and 'Happy Halloween.'

Halloween Dance Party

We went to the Halloween dance party at the library. Emma had fun, but she was definitely one of the oldest and tallest kids there.

Boo at the Zoo

We took the girls to Boo at the Zoo at the small zoo in Athens. They had bouncy houses, trick or treating and small trivia questions to answer along the way. Emma had a great time with her friend, Naomi. Sadie observed.

Sadie: Week 13

* 0-3month and 3 month clothes and size 1 diapers.
* Starting to smile more & more.
* Been enjoying storytime at the library with Emma. She listens intently and doesn't make a sound.
* Enjoyed Halloween activities: Boo at the Zoo, Dance party, and trick or treating.
* Likes to listen to Mommy and Daddy read stories before Emma's nap and bedtime.
* Loves watching football with Daddy. Another disappointing loss to Florida.
* Fascinated with balloons.
* Sits in activity bouncer and looks around; she likes to chew on plastic vegetables.
