Sadie: Week 18

Sadie's Highlights:
* Wears 0-3, 3, and 3 - 6 months. clothes. Size 1 diapers. 
* Grabbing things out of our hands and putting to her mouth.
* Took a nap on Greg; that's a rarity!
* Still loves tummy time
* Favorite toy: ball that moves/makes noises/talks when touched.
* Loves watching big sister play and smiles real big when Emma gets down to her level.
* Likes to stand up and can hold onto things really well while standing
* Stares at the lights on the tree
* Still the observer; quietly observes everyone.
* 4 months old
* unsupported sitter ... for a few seconds. catches herself falling forward.

Oh Christmas Tree

Emma loved helping to put up the Christmas tree and decorating the house. Sadie liked looking at the lights.

Thanksgiving

We drove down to Savannah and had a great time with the family. Greg and I got up at 5am to leave by 5:45 so that the girls could sleep most of the way. Ms. Chatterbox Emma talked continuously for over an hour, so I couldn't sleep. We enjoyed our trip and everyone got to see Baby Sadie, who stayed content, going from one person to the next.

Obsessed with coins.

Another tailgate: only night game.

We tailgated for the Auburn game; it was a fun day and a fantastic game!
Emma loves seeing the cheerleaders, hairy dawg, UGA and Ms. Lollipop, who painted the design around Emma's eyes. It was the perfect late fall, cold tailgate. Thank goodness for hand warmers and hot chocolate!

Sadie: Week 17

* Size 0 -3 month and 3 month clothes. Size 1 diapers.
* Finally got some deep chuckles out of Sadie, thanks to Kelley and Caroline ... Thanks girls! It was the cutest!
* Removes pacifier and puts fingers in mouth as replacement.
* Thanksgiving in Savannah.

Sadie: Week 16

* Size 0 - 3 month and 3 month clothes. Size 1 diapers.
* Loves jumperoo and bumbo.
* Prefers tummy time. 
* Sat in bucket swing by herself and seem satisfied by it. She is way too big to swing, of course.
* Does not like to be swung up in the air, above our heads. She tenses up.
* A very gassy baby, but luckily the pooping has finally slowed down. Sadie had been blowing out outfits on a daily basis.
* Now sitting in the high chair while we eat at the table. Sadie likes it, as long as she can chew on her fingers or toys ... and not too hungry or sleepy.

Sadie: Week 15

* 0 - 3 month and 3 month clothes and size 1 diapers.
* Moves around in circle in crib to find pacifier.
* Fell asleep in bumbo while I was cooking dinner.
* Balloon watching: favorite activity.
* Loves bath time, especially if the water is warm. Once she gets cold, it's over!
* Likes the iPhone and tv.
* my easy, down to earth, calm baby ... except when she's tired or hungry.
