Emma: 1 Year 38 Weeks.
* Size 4 diapers. Size 18 & 24 month clothes. Size 6 shoes.
* Another great day at gymnastics. Great listening skills, although we do run around and act like a crazy person too!
* Fantastic customer service with Fisher-Price. They replaced Emma's Little People Princess Castle for free. Because of this fantastic help, we have purchased some additional Fisher Price Little People items for Emma. Thanks FP!
* Potty training going great. Average about 2 pee accidents a day. Emma still doesn't tell us when she needs to go, but I take her about once an hour.
* Fun time trick or treating with Evie. I made Emma's costume this year (again!) and I think it turned out adorable. She is Dorothy! Emma learned to say please and thanks this week, perfect timing for Halloween. We went around most of the neighborhood then sat in chairs outside, handing out candy. Emma loved it all!
* Awesome potty training story. We went to TRU to buy Emma's 2nd car seat and we put Emma in a diaper for the 40 minute car ride and left her in a diaper. She kept grabbing herself for awhile during the shopping trip & finally we bought her a seat that sits on the potty and she ended up peeing in the potty at TRU. We were so proud of her and Emma was proud of herself too. She had to hold the potty seat in her lap on the way home.
Emma: 1 Year 37 weeks.
* Size 4 diapers. Size 18 & 24 month clothes. Size 6 shoe.
* Discussed with Greg and we decided to start potty training again. Emma seems more ready and willing so here we go! I understand that Emma is fairly young to start potty training but she sees her friend doing it and likes to cheer Mama & Dada on as we go. There will be many accidents along this road but we are ready.
* Starting Monday, Emma went with no diapers during the day and straight to panties. Emma picked out Tangled & Minnie Mouse panties. We will be using diapers during nap and nighttime, although she does stay dry during her nap.
* We even went to the storytime with panties and Emma did great. Gymnastics is still in diapers though.
* Had a playdate with Mary Kate and Emma had fun running around & seeing MK's baby sister.
* Likes to steal the broom from Mama and use it herself.
* Pushes kitchen chair to the back of couch so that she can climb onto couch and somersault off.
Emma: 1 Year 36 Weeks
* Size 4 diapers. Size 18 & 24 month clothes. Size 6 shoes.
* Emma likes to swing again, yay! Her newest fun "idea" on the fort is to go down the slide headfirst.
* Emma saw a bug at the bottom of the slide and I witnessed the slowest headfirst ride down the slide in history. She kept stopping and saying bug. Finally, I had to come to the rescue and shoo it off the slide.
* Went to the pumpkin patch over the weekend and Emma picked out two pumpkins, one of which Greg had to cut off the vine. She enjoyed the hay ride and strawberry ice cream!
*Another fun week at gymnastics. She loves jumping on the big trampoline and into the foam pit.

Emma: 1 Year 35 weeks
* Size 4 diapers. 18 month clothes and 5.5 - 6 shoes. 24 month pajamas.
* Emma has become obsessed with my iPhone and iPad. If she sees it out, she will play on it for hours or have a meltdown when it is taken away. This is the reason why there are less pictures.
* Speaking of meltdowns, have the terrible two's started already !?!
* Favorite activity at gymnastics this week: balance beam
* Stopped potty training mid week because we weren't having much luck, Emma felt like she was tortured, and I had to clean the house for company coming in this weekend. It is hard to clean while watching after a potty training toddler.

Emma: 1 Year 34 Weeks
* Size 4 diapers. Size 18 month clothes. Size 5.5 - 6 shoes.
* Since we are potty training, I have Emma running around naked from the bottom. I hate hearing the word "uh oh" coming from Emma, it means accident has occurred!
* We are taking baby steps with potty training; not too much luck because Emma is still uncomfortable with sitting on the potty. A lot of crying.
* I am exhausted by the end of the day with watching for any sign of pee activity.
* Better at pooping in the potty than peeing.
* Likes to be dragged around the house on a blanket; similar to gymnastics and the parachute.
* Speaking of gymnastics, Emma has some somersaulting skills. Another fun day at gymnastics, and we are starting to pay attention to Coach Kat ... sometimes.
* Loves to feed/give water to her play dolls & animals.
Emma: 1 Year 33 Weeks
* Size 4 diapers. Size 18 month clothes. Size 5.5 - 6 shoes.
* Storytime was a little rough today. It was a different lady reading and Emma and Evie decided to chase each other around.
* Had her first sucker while shopping at Kroger. Evie taught Emma what to do because Emma was very uncertain of it. She quickly got the hang of it!
* Evie & Emma love to hold hands in the car, too sweet!
* Jumping in the ball pit at gymnastics is her favorite activity!
* Loves to clean up & dust.
* Emma loves to say Elmo; I have NO idea where she learned it because we don't watch sesame street. I bought her an Elmo balloon ... it's the small things that count.
* Started potty training ... we shall see how it goes!
* Somersaulting on her own, actually learning something from gymnastics!?!
* First thing Emma asks for when we go outside, BALLS!
* Had a great time tailgating for the LSU game. Gameday came to Athens and Emma had fun looking at all of the people. It was an amazing game and I think that Emma had a good time with her grandparents too :)
